Some time ago I purchased the Designer SE Tutorial disks and 3D Embroidery Studio disks from you but have only recently found some spare time to play them.

I am absolutely thrilled with them. The easy way you describe and film the contents has given me the understanding to now use my DSE with the 3D software which previously bamboozled me. I knew I had good products in the Husqvarna sewing machine, but if you can't use it to its potential, then it becomes a great disappointment and frustration.

I am about to go off to my monthly Husqvarna club meeting with the reassurance that I will take home with me the lessons and demo given at the meeting rather than being left frustrated. Being a busy person with several other commitments, I don't get the chance to practice what I learn from these meetings, thus I quickly forget them. The best part of having the disks is that you can replay them as required.

As a first time owner of an embroidery sewing machine, a wonderful Designer 1, I was a little lost with the Customizing System 5 software and the D1. I heard about Jan's Customizing System 5 videos and ordered them. The easy and personal way she explains and shows how use the features had me up and running in no time. Then I bought the Designer 1 videos, and she showed me features I didn't even know were there. There are also tips and projects that I know I will use again and again. I highly recommend Jan's videos to any new owner of a Designer 1. Thanks Jan for teaching this newbee with your videos.

I just finished watching the video, started Friday evening and watched the rest tonite. My $50 investment ended up being worth 10 that. I learned more stuff than I even imagined, from the very simple, like how to secure the thread on a Sulky thread bobbin, to seeing what Criswell looks like on a hoop after it is done. For those of us who purchased our machines new and never received lessons to those who are buying a 1+ second hand you have provided an invaluable service.

Not only did I learn so many wonderful things about my Viking Rose, but I gained a new friend! Janice Henning's teaching style is kind, patient, and very informative. It was almost like having her sitting next to me as my personal instructor. I can't wait to get started watching her Customizing videos--Jan knows her stuff!

I'm so pleased as I just purchased the 1+ video from Janice Henning and it is just wonderful. It arrived last Wednesday and I have already learned soooo much. I purchased my 1+ with optional cassettes new two years ago but have had some difficulty learning about the machine. My dealer offers lessons but everything is centered around the D1 machine. My dealer has been helpful with individual questions but that is difficult as she is located one hour away.

I had attempted to do omnigrams and pictograms with poor results in the past. But after watching video I made another attempt and they came out beautiful. I have already added a row of omnigrams to the bottom of my kitchen curtains and intend to make table runner to match.

I plan to purchase D1 in the near future but plan to keep this wonderful machine and would like to know all the features available. This video is loaded with information and it will keep me busy for a long time. I have just ordered two more videos on Cust 5 and tablecloth. Actually seeing makes things so much easier. I really enjoy this group and find it very helpful.

Just wanted to let you know that I received my 2 videos today. It came so fast I couldn't believe it. I have already started on the 1+ tape and have only gotten into the first hour of information and I am already learning things that I didn't know because you are so thorough. It will be a wonderful addition to the machine when my daughter gets to keep it for herself---especially since she is a semi-beginning sewer. Like I told my husband---"I just wish I had this tape when I first got my machine." Even when you take classes you just can't seem to remember everything the teacher tells you and with a tape that is simply not a problem. You just pop in the tape and review the information.

I have all of her videos and don't use anything else to check on how I am doing things on my D1. She has made it possible for me to finally be able to get my downloaded designs into my D1 to embroider, plus her tablecloth is just beautiful and the instructions are easy to follow. She tells me that these videos are exactly like taking one of her classes (or two) and I certainly believe it. Anyone with a new D1 and wondering where to begin, as I was, should contact Jan and order them--you won't be sorry.

She has done an outstanding job on these videos, as usual!!! They are very clear and much better than the instruction book that comes with D1. She also has several projects on these videos. Really inspires you to sew and use all those wonderful features on the D1. The explanation of the rolled edge and how to sew straight with the omni motion stitches is well worth the price of the videos. There are just too numerous things in here to mention them all. I highly recommend all of her videos. Just another satisfied customer!!!

I also bought Jan's videos! What a lifesaver! With a small dealership and no technical help from them, I really didn't know all the uses my D1 machine had! Best investment I've made so far as an accessory to the machine!

My videos came in the mail today and I am so excited. I sat through one and you cover so very much. Already learned stuff I either missed, learned and forgot or never learned at all. The buttonhole foot marking was a great tip, as was the demo of the circular attachment (or lack of).... Thank you so very much again for being my private tutor. And, being a slow learner you never tire of me rerunning the tapes.

Your tapes arrived yesterday and they are wonderful! I love you and my husband loves you. Now I won't be bothering him all the time with computer questions. I wish I'd known about these tapes in May when I bought my Designer but better late than never. I now have hopes that I can conquer the software and embroidery stuff.
