3D or 4D Organizer to transfer designs to SE machine
You can use the “send” to send ONE design to the sewing machine but if you want more than that sent to the machine at one time, they you need to do it a bit different.
You must have the machine hooked up to the computer via the cable provided. Turn the machine ON and then turn on the computer and the machine icon on the lower right side of the taskbar should be active.
Open the 3D or 4D Organizer and click on the “+” in front of “My
computer” and
the “+” in front of “C drive” to reveal the files on the C drive.
I have “My Designs” folder just under the C drive. I renamed the file to “!My Designs”. Notice that I have an exclamation mark typed in first.. This assures that I will have that folder right under the C drive where it will be easy for me to find instead of having to open the 3D Embroidery and other folders to get to the “My designs” folder.

I click on the “+” in front of the “!My Designs” folder to reveal all of my folder categories of designs.
Click on the word “worksheet” to expand the folders list and this removes the “worksheet” that we don't need right now.
Click on the folder that contains the designs you want and hold down the “control key” and touch each design you want to highlight them. If you want all of them in that folder, then hold down the “control and A key” to highlight all at once. The picture below shows the highlighted designs.

Click on “file, send multiple”. All of those designs will be transferred to the “My files”, “My Designs” folder on your sewing machine.
