Hearts endless border
Open the 3D Embroidery and click on “preferences”and choose
100 X 170 Mid Size Hoop, grid size 5.
Click on the “Shapes”tab and choose and then choose Music 2. Choose
the last design on the page which looks like a fancy bracket. Size will
be 40. Click on “apply”.
Zoom in and place this bracket so that the right side of the
outline box is right on the 4th grid line from the center. The tip of the design
will be on the second grid line from the top of the hoop markings and the horizontal
mirror point will be right on the 6th line. When you get the outline box right
on the grid line, you will notice the grid lines will be whiter between the little
dashes.
Click on “multiple”and place the second one under the first one
being very careful to watch that the outline box is right on the same grid
lines as
the above design . The bottom of the outline box will be right on the center
horizontal line.
Click on the design page and “combine”and copy and paste and paste
the next two scallops under the top two. Combine and then copy and paste and
mirror those 4 scallops. Place this second set so the left outline box is right
on the center vertical line and zoom in to be careful to place the center horizontal
right on the center horizontal line.
Click on the design page “combine and color sort”.
Click on the “shapes”page and choose “hearts 1”and choose
the center heart in the 2nd line. Size is 35 and click “apply”.
Click on the design page and touch the rotate 90 THREE times. This will make
the heart point to the right side. Drag this to the top scallop so the center
vertical mirror is on the center vertical line and the horizontal mirror is centered
on the line of the point of the scallop.
Click on “copy and paste”and place the second heart in the next
scallop by watching the point of the center horizontal mirror so that it is
centered
on the same line as the point of the scallop. Zoom in to get perfect placement
on all hearts.
Paste another heart and place it in the 3rd scallop and then paste another heart
and place it in the 4th scallop the same way. Zoom in and watch the mirror points
carefully so they are centered vertically and horizontally.
Click on the “shapes”and choose Shapes 2. Choose the center design
in the bottom row and size it at 18 and click on “apply”.

Place the cursor on the daisy and drag it to the top heart and place it so the
top and bottom center petals are on the center vertical line and the horizontal
center petals are centered on the horizontal line that goes through the points
of the heart.
Click on the “design page”and change the color to white.
Click on “copy and paste”and paste the next daisy in the second
heart and then paste the 3rd and 4th the same way.
Click on “combine”and “color sort”.
Then click on the design page and click on “endless”to add the
alignment stitches. Save the design. |
