Printing table of contents in 3D Organizer
You may have a category of designs such as Martha Pullen which
includes many of her sets of designs and you want to print out
just the table of contents, not the pictures.
Open the 3D Organizer and it opens with “My computer” in
the “address window”. Click on the “my computer” file
and then click on the “c drive” and find the folder
of designs you want to work with.
Click on "file, page setup" and make sure "table
of contents" box is checked. I like to print a real size picture
from this program so these are the choices I made so that the print
out will come out the correct size.

Click on the "search" tool on the tool bar and because
you already had selected the correct folder, it should appear in
the “look in” window. At the bottom, click on “more
advanced options”.

At the bottom of that left side,
be sure to click on "search subfolders". Then click on
the word "search" under the "look in" window.
All of the designs in all of those folders will appear.
Hold down the "control key and the A key" to highlight
all of them. At the lower left side, it will tell you how many
designs.
Then click on "file, print preview" and you will see
the first page of the "contents". Click on the "next
page" and you will see more listed. You have to keep clicking
on "next page" to see how many pages there are with JUST
the names. After the pages of names, the pictures will appear.

So, let's say the first 5 pages are only the names. When you click
on "print", then be sure to change the choice of printing "all" to
1 to 5 or 1 to 6 or whatever.
